Enchilada Sauce by http://www.vegcooking.com

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.
Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. unbleached white flour
2 Tbsp. chili powder
½ tsp. ground cumin
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
2 cups water
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sea salt
Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Stir in the flour and chili powder and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 15 minutes before using.
