vegan spaghetti by 808veggie

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.
Ingredients:

1 pkg boca crumbles
1 large can peeled whole tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped fresh garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
pepper to taste
salt to taste
2-3 c. any type of noodles
Instructions:

In large saucepan sautee over medium heat, onions,bell pepper and garlic in olive oil until onions are transparent. Add in crumbles and salt and pepper. Stir until crumbles are seperated. Add in all liquid from can of tomatoes. Slowly add in whole tomates, crushing with back of spoon. Wait until juice starts to cook out and then keep adding and crushing tomatoes until all in the sauce. Let simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions.

Sprinkle vegan parmesan cheese or add fresh cliantro for a kick!
