Fake cheese pasta/veggie dish by bluegrrrl79

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.
Ingredients:

1 cup small pasta(spirals/macaroni)
1 cup mixed veggies
3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
3 Tbsp flour(or more?)
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup water
1 tsp tahini butter
1 tsp sweet hot mustard(or dijon if you want)
Instructions:

Boil a pot of water, adding the pasta. In a small pot, mix the dried ingrediants, then wisk in the water and other ingrediants(not the veggies or pasta). Put on low heat and wisk constantly till it thickens and bubbles, you may want to add extra flour if you'd like a thicker sauce. While you're doing this, when the past is almost done, add in the cup of veggies into it. When it's done, strain the pasta/veggies and put them back in the pot, and mix in the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste!
