450g soft tofu
50g cocoa powder
25g carob powder
6 tbsp. sugar
50ml soya milk
16.07oz Soft Tofu
1.78oz Cocoa Powder
0.89oz Carob Powder
6 tbsp. Sugar
1.67 fl. oz Soya Milk
------
You COULD estimate roughly:
16oz or 2 cups of Soft Tofu
1 3/4oz Cocoa Powder
Just under 1oz Carob Powder
6 tbsp. Sugar
1 2/3 fl. oz Soya Milk
------
The only thing that I'm a little confused about are the gram measurements...that's a weight measurement...

So if I have all kinds of cocoa powder, but don't even know where to get carob powder, could I use 75g of cocoa powder instead?

I've seen some vegan dessert recipes that call for either carob powder OR cocoa powder...I *THINK* it would work fine...

I used these measurements:
2 cups soft tofu
1/3 cup cocoa powder
6 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup soya milk
It turned out really good! I used vanilla soymilk, which was great. I bet it'd be yummy with fresh raspberries or strawberries.

It tastes like dark chocolate, with the slight bitter taste to it as well. Maybe you should make it once without the syrup, then try it again with it if it's not enough for you.
