Finnish cinnamon rolls by pyrsk

This recipe is suitable for a:
Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 cup vegetable milk
1 sachet (0.25oz) of dry yeast or 1.5oz yeast
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 cup sugar
1.5 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp grounded cardammon/cardamom
100 g melted vegan margarine
5 cups flour
Cinnamon filling:
vegan margarine
cinnamon
sugar
Caramel oat filling:
0.5lb vegan margarine
1.5 - 2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sugar in the raw / turbinado (the brown, sticky, moist type that tastes like molasses)
Instructions:

Heat the liquid to 99F (regular yeast) or 108F (dry yeast)
Add salt, cardammon and sugar.
Mix dry yeast with half a cup of flour and add to the liquid stirring well.
Add the rest of the flour and the melted margarine in small batches and keep stirring vigorously so that as much air as possible gets into the dough.
When it no longer sticks to your fingers, it's ready to stay covered for about 30-60 minutes in a warm place.
Using a rolling pin make a flat square of the dough. Use flour if the dough sticks to the rolling pin.
Spread the filling and roll the dough up.
Cut into about 24 pieces and form however you want
Bake for about 10 minutes in 440F.
Cinnamon filling:
Spread the margarine on the dough, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
Caramel oat filling:
Melt the margarine and add everything else, mix and add rolled oats and/or sugar if necessary. Spread mixture on dough.
