Vegan French Toast by Kirk Job-Sluder

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.


Ingredients:

1 ripe bannana.
1/2 cup soy or rice milk.
4 slices bread.
1/4 cup sweetener
spice, to taste.


Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------
blend banana, milk, spice and sweetener to create a thick frothy liquid. Dip bread slices in liquid and fry over medium heat until golden.
