i though this was pretty cool, so i thought i'd mention it--

i was at the movies over the weekend seeing i heart huckabees (awesome) and at this theater (loews metreon in downtown SF) they had this guy who pushes a cart around into the theaters before the previews with snacks and stuff and makes jokes and kind of hawks his wares, as it were, and among all the other crap he had, he was selling vegan chocolate chip cookies.

i was in the very back row and didn't feel like climbing down to get one, but i thought it was cool that the theater sold them, in any event. of course, for all i know, lots of theaters might do this, but i'd never heard of it before.

That's cool. We tend to pack our snacks when we go. Luna or clif bars or homemade vegan cookies!

 I wish AMC theatres sold vegan chocolate chip cookies, and well... more vegan things in general!!

I should write a letter... *sneaky* Since I work for them, I wonder if they'll respond better.

AMC does have vegan popcorn though.

I've never seen *any* cookies in a movie theater, that's insane.

Argg... Now I totally want to eat popcorn. Heh. Thanks, guys.

I've never heard of that before! That's so cool.

All of the movie theaters I've been to don't even sell cookies. And there's definitely nobody pushing a cart around. We all have to walk to the concession stand and wait in line for stuff. Damn east coast!

The Loews around here sell cookies, but they're just regular ol' Toll House ones.

SF is a way cooler place than GR though. :D

<<< usually makes a pit stop at the gas station for snacks before the movies anyway. :)
