captainsqab- i've actually cut back on the crunhes...i'm doing other ab stuff now for more variety , and it's working. but i'll always be a fan of da crunch:)
so, today -
30 minutes spinning
40 minutes upper body weights
40 minutes lower body weights
10 minutes stretching
lots of oblique work
sauana :)
i'm going out of town tomorrow for about a week, so i dont know if i'll post as much. i'll try to go to the gym in the morning, but we'll see if that happens, ha!
have a good week everyone! :)

I'm working my way back up the hamster trail.
I did 35 minutes cardio, then bicept and tricept curls, hip adductors and abductors, leg press and leg curls, pectoral fly, something i don't know the name of, and some shoulder strengthening things with a 3lbs weight. I'm down to the lowest weight again on all my upper body cause I don't want to hurt my shoulder again. I've been adding in one upper body machine each workout, and doing it very sloowwwlllyy to make sure nothing hurts.
On a sort of random note, does anyone know how long it takes for cortisone to wear off?

Yesterday was cardio class and a three mile run. The weather is nasty here today, in the 40’s and raining. I think I might have to dust off the old treadmill in order to Hamster today. Phooey, I wanted to bike.
Welcome to the Hamsters MezzoEmi! :hamster:
Go Hamsters!!! :bobo: :vebo: :hamster:

So Thursday was a 12 + mile run, so yesterday was a well deserved rest/traveling day. I'm hoping to get out and run today if the weather stay decent.
Have a fabulous weekend everyone!
