Asian Cabbage Salad by Catgirl67

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.
Ingredients:

Two heads shredded red and green cabbage.
One cup olive or sesame oil
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 package uncooked crushed ramen noodles
Instructions:

Combine cabbage, oil, vinegar, sugar, and cayenne in a bowl and let marinate in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
After the cabbage has marinated, take the crushed un-cooked ramen noodles, and sesame seeds and saute them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until coated and browned.
Top the cabbage with the mixture, and serve.

You can also add fresh grated ginger, or whatever you like. It's hard to mess this up!
