Icelandic Cocktail Sauce by kerouac

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.
Ingredients:

1/2C Vegan Sour Cream
1/2C Vegan Mayonnaise
5tbs Catsup
3tbs Sweet Mustard
2tbs Vinegar
2tbs Water
1tbs Vegetable Oil
Pinch of Salt
Instructions:

With a whisk, stir both the Sour Cream and Mayonnaise seperately to eliminate lumps in the sauce.
Stir together till blended. Add the Catsup and Sweet Mustard and stir till smooth.
Add Vinetar and Water. Stir till smooth.
Lastly, add the Vegetable Oil and pinch of Salt.
Put in Icebox to chill.

Especially good with fries, as a dipping sauce over finger-food like mock chicken fingers or as a topping over veggie burgers.
