Kale and Avocado Salad by Salamander
Category: Raw Foods

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan/raw diet.


Ingredients:

1 head kale
1 T sea salt
1/2 lemon
2 sticks celery
1 to 1+1/2 avocado
1/4 cup of olive oil


Instructions:

Part one:

De-stem the Kale and rip it up with your hands into bits. Just rip the leaves up. Then, add the salt and knead the salt into the leaves until they become soft and maybe a little juicy! Add the lemon juice and mix with hands.

Part two:

In a food processor, place chopped up celery bits, avocado and olive oil. Mix is up till it looks like mayonaise.

Add part one and part two together. Other things to
add are 10 -20 olives, cayenne pepper, any herbs, dulse.
