Paula's Popular Hummus! by Paula

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.
Ingredients:

1 can chick peas/garbanzo beans -drained well
½ can black eye peas (or field peas)-drained well
1 ½ Tbsp. horseradish mustard
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves fresh garlic- peeled and chopped (or 1 tbsp minced)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Basil
½ tsp salt
1 tsp fresh cracked/milled black pepper
2 Tbsp lime juice
dash hot sauce
Instructions:

In a small skillet, combine Olive Oil, garlic, Paprika, Rosemary, Corriander, and Basil. Cover and cook on medium until garlic is softened. Set Aside.
Put chick peas and black eyed peas in food processor. Add salt, pepper, lime juice and hot sauce. Blend. Add cooled olive oil with herbs and blend until smooth and well combined.

Serve with fresh veggies and/or the crackers, pita bread of your choice.
