This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.


Ingredients:

1 cup soya milk
1 medium banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1/2 cup of your favourite fruit, frozen (strawberries, peaches, pitted cherries)
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon


Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.


Additional comments:
-----------------------------------------------------
Combine any of your favourite fruits with soya milk to make a nutritious and delicious blended drink. Freezing the fruits first makes smoothies extra thick and creamy.

Makes 2 cups
