After a week and a half off from the gym (i had a cold) i'm back!
New problem -- I have rotator cuff tendonitis and had to get a cortisone shot on Tuesday :(
So today was 35 minutes on the treadmill. I'm going to get bored quick only doing cardio :\

OK! Yesterday I went to my exercise class…it was rough. Class was great today…it’s good to be 100% again! Also did a 3 mile run.
Thanks Gnarly, hey girl you are really kickin’ butt lately! Ouch, not good about the Achilles…where does it hurt? How bad is it? Don't run!
rainbowmoon, great on the swimming and biking…I’ve so been putting off getting a swim training program together…I really need to get that going. Sorry you aren’t feeling so good, I can sure understand. I always think it best to break from exercise when you don’t feel good. Take Care!
Yay! Hi Mskedi! I was about to come looking for you…but it sounds like you’re back to Hamstering..Yay!:vebo:
FB, awesome!
kat, Excellent! Way to go on getting your yellow! I’ve never tried tai chi but I’ve always wanted to…I believe it is very meditative. Let me know how you like it.
teahrsong, nice to see you! Great workout! Good to start out slow, smart exercising.
Thanks Funk, Hey, I’m going to start counting my crunches at class cuz I think I may be getting close to yours…well, it feels like it anyway. :D
IanJen, not bad for a slow day:up:
Go catswym!!!
Awww rabid_child  I was in the same (cold) boat, off for a week. Sorry about the tendonitis, it’s rough having to change your routine because of an injury…but sometimes you can find a new favorite. I’ve got a lot more into biking because of my running injurys. O’ and cardio can be fun! It’s not just all treadmill.
Hi ND, Great Hamstering!!!
Go Hamsters!!! :hamster:

Good to see you're good to go, Slynny! :D
It's from my heel, straight up the tendon, lower area I guess.
Man, I'm great with descriptions
Hurts mainly when I'm standing on my toes, or movements similar to that. Also when i walk a certain way :(
So i can't run dagnabbit :brood: . I'm making up for it though!
Today so far:
Just over an hour biking this morning
Usual pushups, crunches etc
Going out for a 'power'walk soon. Prolly an hour?
And hopefully some decent stretching this evening. :naughty:

Well yesterday was jiu-jitsu practice again... Just techniques, and rolling..
Today will probably be light weights, abs, and running on the treadmill.. I'm still tired, my cat woke me up because he was hungry.

Today: 3 1/2 Hours of BJJ. Repitition of Techniques for warm ups, drills, and rolling. Then some very light sparring w/ boxing gloves.
I'm beat. The top of my left foot (from running), my elbow, thumb, hand, both my shoulders, neck, and back are all sore. But other than that, I'm A-ok!

i was feeling so annoyed because :
a. my fridge broke
b. my phone line went dead (i just now realized what exactly was wrong) all day
c. my scanner would not work (and i need to scan maps and grpahs for my freakin thesis thing)
d. all my cd's are skipping.
i hate technology!
so i went to the gym and spent
30 minutes on the cross trainer
30 minutes spinning
and 30 minutes on the treadmill
i felt much better. and made up for not doing cardio yesterday.

Well, i don't think i'll be swimming or anything today - that weird pain on the other side of my elbows has moved up - it's my biceps! Makes sense, since i never excercise them purposly - which is why i can't figure out what i did...i guess the curls saturday. i am even more sore today and can't extend either of my arms now.
OWIE!
Well, i was planning oin taking mondays off from my excercising except for yoga because i have a doggie training class in the evenings, but today i don't have work due to columbus day so i thought i could take advantage of the free time all day.
