Well, i walk 2 miles a day. So, on my mile home (in the night), i'm going to run. At that time in the night, I feel so energized, so I will run them. Or maybe its because I can't eat at school, and I am racing home out of hunger. Then I will get home, eat something, and work on my routine.

My routine is:
STRETCHING-5 MINS.
JUMPING JACKS-50
LYING CRUNCH—15
STOMACH VACUUMS-15
LEG RAISE/HIP UP—15

Repeat twice, except for the stretching.

I have a feminine, shapely six-pack. You don't need weights. My body is naturally muscular, so I don't have to do much for it, but my advice is this:

Do yoga. Sit up straight and flex your abs. When walking, stand straight and flex your abs.

I'm sure you don't want an unsightly, manly-looking six-pack, so be careful. I don't think crunches are going to help. Do the yoga or try pilates and let your body's natural muscular form shape itself.

Keep in mind that everyone's body is different. A 'six-pack' in the stereotypical sense is not necessarily attainable by all. I think everyone else already gave you great tips for toning your abs, just make sure you are working towards a stronger healthier you ... not a body part you saw on someone else.

Well, I ran home like a crazy woman. Now I feel like i'm going to have a heart attack, an hour later :)

After I eat my POTATO (potato day, yay!), I'm going to do my routine.
