We're gonna be the pirate family. Everyone has probably seen my pirate boys avatar. But we're gonna get them cool stuff for real pirate costumes. Eye patches and scars all around.

And for me.... the resident wench! (http://www.torrid.com/Assets/product_images/zm/517996_zm.jpg)

So what are you (and yours) gonna be for halloween?

I'm doing a favor for my friend and dressing up like a flying monkey! She's being the wicked witch of the west...

Flying monkey. Interesting.

Not decided yet. Thinking about organising a harry potter murder mystery party. But sounds a bit like hardwork- so will probaly be a drunken house party,

I'm not sure if I'm doing anything for Halloween yet (I want to, I loooove wearing costumes :D) But, if I do, I think I want to be a spy, or Julia from Cowboy Bebop (Click (http://www.mangax.com.br/revistas/2/images/6_juliatec.jpg) or Click (http://www.nadesico.co.uk/Anime_Reviews/Cowboy_Bebop/Julia_cb.jpg))

Oooh go for the Julia Cissy. Very cool.

We were gonna do a shrek family, but I figure that will be overdone, and I'm not real keen on full face makeup or masks!

We're going to be a ninja family. Sebastian was a ninja last year and wants to be a ninja again this year  Rincaro, your costume reminded me, I'm going to the Halloween store the week after Halloween to pick up some trashy costumes for kid-free evenings :naughty: ( naughty nurse, beer wench, ect ) They have sales that are around 75% off!

This one is way too pricey, but it's from Torrid and I love their stuff. I figure I can wear it for a couple of years. And yes, the man liked it. ;)

Ninja's versus pirates people. Make your choices wisely.

I've been a cat almost every year. Its kind of sad but at least I always know what I'm doing! Maybe this year I'll be a very sexxxay cat.

Flying monkey sounds like fun tho :)

We already have all the costumes for Halloween that we made for my son's birthday party this past summer.
I've been growing my hair long to be a Ranger from Ithilien, my wife will be Rosie and my kids....

Kids are a great excuse aren't they?? :D

I don't know about this halloween...

when I was small, I went trick-or-treating. When I was a freshman, I still looked young enough to get away with trick-or-treating. As a sophomore, I worked (volunteered?) in a daycare center and helped take the kids around. Junior and senior year, a friend of mine had parties and I went to those.

So now... There are no kids to hand out candy to. I'm too old to get away with trick-or-treating (and it would suck solo anyway) I'm not big on parties of the huge anonymous type, and I'm not counting on being invited to a small personal type party... so I could dress up as Tinkerbell and chill in my dorm room or something, but I'm not sure.

It's Beltane down here in the Southern Hemisphere. Don't have no guy to do the Beltane Thang with though. :(

since my bday is 3 days before halloween, i have my bday parties then. I usually have costume parties. I was kinda broke so I went as a hippy witch. (dont ask what that costume consisted of)

A large box with a sign that says "after all, you think this is all I deserve"

Or, I may go as a famine victim, as I did in university, with a sign for the 800 number to UNICEF. Of course, I weight 100lbs then and was able to carry it off better then today.

Or, I may stick to my original plan and go as a Star Trek character. My sewing is not going well  I don't have the heart to ask my friend. She's having problems at home and I don't want to ask a favour of her. I'm tempted to start being nice to Borealis to see if she'd sew it for me

An illegal alien, a famine victim, or a star trek character? Haha. What a scary combination. Perhaps you should morph them into one so you can really confuse everyone.

I am not dressing up because people get attitudes and look at me funny when I show up on their doorstep craving sugary freebies. Darn it!
