Karate and muay thai...muay thai wasn't much of a workout though, mainly because I was feeling strange. No energy, no coordination. Annoying as heck.
Can't remember if I posted this yesterday, so a bike ride yesterday.

2 1/2 hours of jiu-jitsu. About 750 various ab stuff, running in circles being true to the hamster name, various warm-ups down the length of the gym, and a lot of rolling... Helping prepare the guys going to the tournament this sat.
Tommorow I will probably go to the gym accross the street and run on the treadmill, and do abs, back, and triceps.

Surfing. I forgot to take advil before hand and my shoulder started killing me so i had to get out after about 30 minutes.
Later about a 1 mile walk on the jetty to watch the whales.

Hey Hamsters, yesterday I did my cardio class and a 3 mile run, today was basic training…ouch!
Funk, thanks! you’re awesome as always!
ND, Great swim & workout! I’ve seriously got to get to the pool.
Cissy, thanks for taking care of that! Great work!
catswym, awesome…you’re getting in some good milage.
Gnarly, we all have our off days…yep, they are annoying.
christy, I’ll bet you would do great at our cardio karate class….I’m guessing it’s a lot like your kickboxing workout, and with all the other workouts you do you’d kick butt.
roqeja, great run! We could really use some rain here…I don’t usually wish for it.
cyk, what else can I say but Wow! You go Hamster.
Jen, another Wow to you! Great Hamstering!
Awww…vegansurfer  being gimpy is no fun, I should know. Sorry, hope you’re all better soon!
Go Hamsters!!!! :bobo: :vebo: :hamster:
