yesterday was 3mi walk and 60min power yoga and today is just the three mile walk.

Hi Hamsters, cardio class yesterday…a tough one. I meant to run too but I started to get the sniffles. Dang…I’m getting a cold. Today I felt to yucky to do anything. Blah.
Funk, how did you do on the climbing competition?

Training last night, only muay thai though.
30 minute walk yesterday morning, and again today.
Pushups this morning, and more tonight.
Dancing like an idjit to funky old music :)
Maybe a bike ride later.

Yesterday:
walking with kiddos - 3 miles or so
swimming
30 mins each elip/treadmill
walking to and from work, walking to/from gym
hitting in the batting cages
Today:
30 mins yoga ball video
going to hit the gym later (walking, running on treadmill, eliptical)
Going to try and steal sis's bike while she's at college :) IamJen without a bike long-term = one crabby girl. :evil:

good work out today -
65 minutes treadmill
45 minutes lower body weights. yeeeikes. i'm gonnda feel it good!
500 crunches
stretching
back stuff
my upper body is still feeling the climbing a little bit, but i'm gonna go ahead and do weights tomorrow.

Some dancing - concentrating on stomach muscles, mainly because I couldn't be bothered doing crunches.
30 minute run
Will stretch later tonight
