doing a position paper on why gay life-partners should be given the same legal benefits as any other married couple, i found this (obviously completely factual) website. check it out: http://www.inoohr.org/homosexualstatistics.htm

also take a look at their homepage:
http://www.inoohr.org/

can you believe the kind of bull sh*t people can get away with now?!

You've gotta be kidding me. People can post that crap on the internet? Who cares if some people are gay? Get over it. And another thing, their website design is awful!

Heres little bit for your paper, my great aunt is in the military and while she was stationed in Iraq her life partner of 20 years passed away. She wasn't allowed to return home to attend her partner of 20 YEARS funeral because they weren't married. Meanwhile, while shes risking her life in the most dangerous city in Iraq, Bush (and the assholes in charge of that site) are here at home trying to make sure that homosexuals never have the kind of rights that every human being deserves. WTF

I think it is an indicator that your spirituality is not doing much for you if you find yourself having time, energy to bust on other people and other ways of life.

If *anity is doing such wonderful things for you then why take time to give others a problem?

Does anyone besides me get perpetually spammed by the "American Family Asso ciation"? I am constantly urged to fill my congressman's mailbox because of the next scary political move that gays are making. I have better reasons to lock my door, quite honestly.

LMAO ... 80 partners per year?? I'm one of those crazy homosexuals and I've had like... one. And I'm not suicidal, alcoholic, nor do I have an STD. What a load of crap!

I knew I shouldn't have clicked that link......

If it's about heterosexual rights, why is it all anti-homosexual? To paraphrase a conservative from the late 1970s, groups like INOOHR would be much improved by sudden death.

Groups like PETA do not HIDE their agenda, nor pretend to be something they are not.

I'm not really sure what "having an agenda" means, but from what I understand, I'd say that almost anyone has an agenda, and that the problem lies in what that agenda is, and in the consequences of it (e.g. distorting information) - not simply that there is an agenda.

my friend (she's gay) read this part: "21% of lesbians die of murder, suicide or traffic accident, which is at a rate of 534 times higher than the number of white heterosexual females aged 25-44 who die of these things(8)" and said "yikes! i'll definitely look both ways before crossing the street!"

THE LAWD has obviously not saved you yet, and shown you the truth: We're all evil and out to get you!
