raw "pb&j" by dirtysole

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan/raw diet.
Ingredients:

banannas
almonds
dried fruit of your choice (i used apricots)
broad leaf lettuce (i use red leaf)
Instructions:

soak the nuts and fruit over night. then blend or process each seperatly to create a smooth nutbutter and a "jelly". split the bananna lenthwise and spread nutbutter on one side and the "jelly" on the other. wrap up in a lettuce leaf and enjoy!

i got this recipe out of Heigea Halfmoon's Primal Mothering in a Modern World and i really like it. the nutbutter and jelly keep very well for several days in the fridge making this a very convienient raw recipe! :)
