Muah hah hah! My brother peeked into my HFS bag, and asked if he could have one of the cookies I bought. I said sure, go ahead. And hes eating it and is like Mmmm this is good! And then I offered him some of my silk nog and he loved it! This is the brother who always makes fun of me for being vegan.

P.S. He likes silk nog better than real eggnog!!! :up:

I'm sad today. :( One of my favourite dogs at work was hit by a car and killed last night. She was a chihuahua, around a year old. Her name was Chalupa.

She has a sister named Gorgeous who is a shepherd cross. I'm worried about her, because they were so close.

Poor poor little Chalupa. :(

I have too much work and a midterm on friday! My funding hasn't come through for my trip to San Fransisco! I have to get my passport and I don't know if they're going to get it to me by the time I need to leave! My grandma is dying of lung cancer and will probably be gone in a matter of days! STRESS!!!

hmm . . .

i still haven't gotten my word list together for my phonetics project. it's due tomorrow. i need to verify all the words i use with my consultant to make sure that he knows them, and that's not going to happen before i submit it now because i don't have time. my consultant the last time i tried to do this left hong kong at a later age and was more literate and she didn't know many of the words i had, so he probably won't either.

I overslept today. I don't think my alarm went off. I missed a whole class and a half.

and I'm getting sick AGAIN.

and I had a dream last night that I was at home and sitting in a big comfy chair watching TV and there were cookies... I remember a package of soft little sugar-free vegan ones that had powdered sugar covering them... mmm... and there was pudding in the fridge that was vegan and mine and I wanted it but couldn't eat it until my mom left the house, but she wouldn't leave... but then she brought me some gingerbread cookies that were just to die for... hmm... cookie dreams

I overslept as well. I got to work 10 mins late, no biggie but didn't shower. I have a bit of bed head and a new zit besides the one i already have :p Someone called me a for a casual quick follow up interview on my lunch break and I look like hell!

yeah I'm hoping this will turn out to be no biggie as well... I know the teacher whose class I came to late isn't upset (I've never missed any of her class before, so that helps) and the other teacher... well I missed her class once before for the same reason and totally freaked out (it was like the second week of school) and she told me not to sweat it because she knows I wouldn't just blow the class off... plus it's the week of the dance concert and she's my dance teacher and knows that her poor dancers are totally exhausted.

I'm still a little shaken up and nervy about it because it's not a good thing to do, but I'm not completely freaking out.

We should really just entitle the next one "The Time-waster and chatterbox Thread" because that's mainly what it is. I think I waste more time in this thread than in any other aspect of my life :p
