2.5 miles, half of which was up hill
100 crunches, 50 pushups, bicycle crunches with my coaches little twist, leg lifts
1 mile of walking to and from practice

Way to hot today for running hills. It was probably only 65° but that is hot by our towns standards.

Yesterday a bike ride, and karate and muay thai. Karate was fine but muay thai almost killed me! The instructor didn't feel like training - Tolly and I were the only ones doing anything, so he decided to make it interesting (ie hard as hell). I've never cursed a guy so much in my life :D

Today I plan on going for a run, and perhaps some weights.

And good luck on your grading kat! I just had one for karate, and it was great because I got out of doing the hardest parts (yay for absent minded instructors!) :D

Cheers for the good lucks. Uhm Gnarly- how did you get out of doing the hard bits. Just a sweet smile and a spot of luck? Heh heh. This one shouldn't be too hard as it's my first. It's more hard as it's the first so wont not what to expect,

Haven't been working out, I've been ungodly sick

On Sunday, I had Junior Miss practice, and I got a horrible horrible back spasm while we were jump-roping. It hurt so bad I cried and had to stop. Does anyone know why this might have happened? I stretched beforehand, and drank water too.

maybe it's just one of those random things, cissy? esp if it doesn't happen regularly. hope you feel better soon, tho.

for me, sunday was a 4mi walk. yesterday was 3mi walk and 50min aerobics/ calesthenics. today will be 3mi walk and 80min yoga.

Did my my second day of my Couch to 5K program. They should probably rename it the "eyes-glazed over, butt bearing the imprint of your office chair, carpal tunnel from from too much typing To 5K" program. Or maybe that's just me. ;)

Lol, rincaro.
I'm being a bad hamster today. I'm wasting time on VB, I have tons of homework, laundry to do, and a friend coming over to help with my Math. SOOO, looks like hamstering will have to pick up tomorrow. I'm having a hard time getting into a routine here at school.

Uhm Gnarly- how did you get out of doing the hard bits. Just a sweet smile and a spot of luck?

One kata I didn't have to do because he forgot to include me when he told us which groups had to do it (later he said I deserved to get out of it for actually listening to what he said :D ) and the other he just seemed to forget that I needed to do it at all...when I told him afterwards, he was like, "What? You had to do that? Dammit!" So that was cool. :)

Urm...tonight I have karate and muay thai, and last night I went to muay thai.
Pretty much it...my legs are still hurting from Monday.

Hey there Hamsters! I haven't been posting for a while but that doesn't mean I haven't done anything :) There's just waaay too much school work to be done to come here, though I do sneak a few minutes' worth of VBing in every day :D

I had a cross country meet today and am quite satisfied with my time. I dropped 2 minutes since running the same course for time three weeks ago! Yay!

So that was about 6 miles of running, including the warmup and cooldown (3 mile race, 3 mile warmup, shorter cooldown becuase it was getting dark outside).

Yay Hamsters!
