That's right, I can't reach my friggin toes dammit.

Don't be discouraged - a lot of men can't! It takes lots of practice, but darn it, you'll get more flexible in the end :vebo:

Today was 2 1/2 mile run, 60 min weights, 35 min rollerblading

slynny- V-ups are where you lie flat on your back and simultaneously pull your upper body and legs up in the air and touch your toes... sort of making a V on the way up, hence the name V-ups, also known as pike-ups.

I joined the rec today, so I should be doing more hamstering. I rode my bike some this evening, but not very far, maybe a few miles.

15 hill repeats (there and back =1)
10 lengths of the soccer field (there and back =1)
Evidently it was only 2 miles, but out coach has the tendency to have us run more than he tells us.
I have decided hill repeates should be illegal. Running the same path that many times is horrible.100 crunches
50 situps
a whole bunch of bicycle crunches with our coaches little leg holding twist

I keep on missing the run in the marsh :brood: No hills there...

bunch of ab work on the ball
stretching

Did a variety of leg work this morning (some ballet positions, lunges, etc.) 50+ sit-ups, about 30 push-ups, a few crunches... :)

I'm trying to stay consistent so I can tone up a bit more.

Today I rode my bike quite a bit, probably about an hour altogether, and I had swimming class, which involves lots of drills and swimming laps.

3 mile run today, nothing yesterday...I was sooooo sore from exersise class..ouch! I went to class this morning but the instructors got thier schedules mixed up and neither showed up, so no class today. I was quietly thankful as I'm still sore, my run was even painful...man, it's a tough class. Good stuff!

Welcome to to Hamsters Soilman :hamster:

Great job everyone!!! See you next week, I'm otta here till Mon. :hi:

Hiya Hamsters! Miss me? I have been a bad, bad little hamster lately...
But I'm back, and hopefully will have lots to post in the future.
Karate and muay thai was cancelled yesterday (but we didn't find out until our whole club showed up :-/ ) so Tolly (woman from training) and i went for a run. Went smashingly well considering i haven't been running for ages, and am planning to meet up with her today for another. I am hoping this will become a regular event.
Also have a karate grading tomorrow :( and am trying not to stress.

Welcom back Gnarly! Dont' stress to much on your grading, I'm sure you'll do fine! Good luck!

I've been a bad hamster lately too... Been busy with school. But I have been going to jiu-jitsu. Yesterday was 1 1/2 hours of practice. 320 jumping jacks, and 480 various ab crunches (everyone in a cirlce and one after another)... Then it was technique, and rolling until the end.

I'm going to try to go running today, but I don't know... I really need to study. Or is that just an lame attempt at an excuse... U hmmmm.

Yesterday: 8min tae-bo workout (did it twice), jogged down the lanes between pastures on our farm for awhile, jumped on the trampoline... umm... I think that's it.

Today: I plan to do 60 minutes advanced tae-bo, 60 minutes accelerated pilates, and I'm going to ride my horses once my mum & dad get back from my sister's softball tourney. (Not supposed to ride w/no one home - as if I get bucked off and die... well, that would be bad. LOL But I may hop on for a quick go 'round the pasture or something before they get here.)
