Heya, Funk!

Captain, it's feels good to run ahead of pace sometimes, but usually the people I'm running with get irritated at yell at me to slow down :D

Looks like a very busy schedule, Cissy!

NDvegan, that's a lot of stuff! Yay! :hamster:

I posted in the other thread but I think I'll do it again just for the fun of it :) 16 mile bike ride and walking with the dogs.

Hey Hamsters, 3 mile run today!

Awww…sorry your bike broke down Sky…but only 297 miles to goal right! Yay, you're almost there! WooHoo!

Annabanana, you’re really getting some great runs in! Running in the muck is not fun though…bummer. Hope things dry out for you soon. Great bike ride too!

Thanks ND, I’ll be sure to go slow. Great Hamstering!

Linzey, I used to ride my bike w/odometer to map out running trails, and sometimes I would drive the car, now we have a GPS watch so I don’t have to worry about staying on my mapped out paths...it tells me as I go.

cyk, wow! That’s dedication.

That counts for brownie points in my house, I have 4 cats. With regards to the weight machines…have you tried just going through the machines doing a few reps on each to warm up and then go back to each for the real workout?

Funk!!! WooHoo! Glad to see you back! Awesome as usual!

Captain, Way to go…..great run!

Cissy, great plan….I need to start posting my weekly plan again! That really helped keep me on schedule.

IamJen, great workout!

Go Hamsters!!! :vebo: :vebo: :vebo:

2 hour walk today.

This week I'm setting up my classroom and finishing up lessons, so I may not do so well in my hamstering... it seems to be the way my summer is going. :-/

Ugh, I've been so lazy the past three days. Tomorrow I have to walk 2 miles or so to school. Basically, all ive done is stretching, and 150 crunches, every day. Wee, exciting. :-/

Got up this morning and took a 30 minute walk. Planning on restarting my couch to 5K next week, but wanna ease into it. Plus I'm all sore from my clutzarella type encounter with the pavement on Saturday.

Will do my normal 25 minute bike ride for school pickup this afternoon also. :D

Thanks and great job you guys! You rock my socks! :bobo:

Anyway... this morning was a little over a 9 mile run. Yeah, remind me NOT to do that on days that I have 7 hours of classes that I have to trek all over campus and up stairs for!

Whoo, I did my Sunday workout (except I only did 30 minutes of yoga, rather than 45) and my Monday workout (I'm going to do my abs later, during Family Guy :D)

16 mile bike ride today. I wanted to plan my whole week but I'm still not ready to do that....next week for sure. Next week I will also start my cardio karate classes again...we'll see how that goes.

Mskedi, you'll get back in the swing soon :)

FB, so get busy :whip: :)

Go Rincaro!!! WooHoo!

ND! 9 miles! Awesome! Ya, don't do that with a whole day of other stuff ahead....save it for the weekend or something :)

Go Cissy!!!

Funk, if you feel it, that means you did it right.

Go Hamsters!! :nana:

Way to go hamsters! :hamster:

A very "usual" day for me:
30 min eliptical/30 mins treadmills
long walk with kiddos in the big-ass stroller
biking to work/back

Tomorrow, the big re-entry to Cybex, post-accident. I'm going to feel sooo wussy. :)

Yay! good week Hamsters!! :hamster:!
I've been doing about a mile of walking or two a day, to and from class. Then I've been going for little spurts on the exercise machines in the basement, but my shin is acting up so I can't stay on any one for a long period of time. At least I'm getting variety!

Yay for hamsters! :nana:

Did: chest, biceps, abs, that weird machine, calfs.

Today I will go to jiu-jitsue practice for 1 1/2 hours or 2 1/2 hours depending on if I want to eat indian. (They close at 9:00pm sharp). Technique class starts at 7:00 pm, and advance class starts at 8:35. Decisions, decisions.

tonight i did bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, lateral arm raises, "rows" (?), shrugs, some thing i don't know the name of where you raise the weight up above your head behind you holding on with both hands, some kind of half-assed squats, heel raising things, and some crunches

alright, when you go to bed at 11 hungry, and get up and try to work out 12 hrs later, it doesn't go exceptionally well.
I did about 35 minutes treadmill, and a couple weight sets with my arms then was dizzy and left.

Last night, I did 30 min of Pilates too. Don't ask me why.

Today was 40 min rollerblading and 50 min free weights. My elbow was kind of sore at the end, but it feels okay now. I'll probably put off lifting again until Friday though, just to be sure.

I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes, and did lower body strength training :vebo: I'll be doing abs later tonight, during Family Guy.
