Hi,
I thought you guys might be into this. It's the largest animal rights conference for the youth of the animal rights movement. It's cheap plus we offer travel grants (you can go for FREE)

It’s a 3 day conference being held @ the University of California in Berkeley ( from Oct. 29-31

It’s only 10 bucks which includes meals, a free gift bag, and tons of great speakers from the vegetarian and animal rights movement. It’s also a chance to meet a lot of cool people from all over the U.S.

We also need help spreading the word. We have banners on our site which you can put in any blog you may have or on your website *the banners are in the “Help Us” section.

We also offer travel grants in case you or anybody you know needs some help getting to the conference. They aren’t on our site yet but sign up 4 our mailing list 4 info about them. We’re also holding 5 other conferences all over the U.S. If you’d like info about them, sign up for our mailing list as well.

I got that email. Can't go. In Pennsylvania and doubt my mom would let me go anyway.

That sucks. We're having a "Demand Liberation" conference in Philly. If you go to www.liberationnow.com and sign up for our mailing list-You'll be updated once the date is set for that conference

how can i get info on the travel grants, etc.? it sounds really cool, and if i can manage it i'd love to go! also what is the general age range meant when you say "youth" of the animal rights movement?

I got my parents to agree to let me go back in late August. However, because of money issues, it may or may not happen now... So I'll look into the grants.
