I posted this here because I wanted to make mention that my physical trainer has recently put me on a 90% raw foods diet for three months while I train for an upcoming pageant.
Now, recently, I've noticed that my ... erm, poo ... is really, REALLY REALLY fiberous/powdery. Is this normal, and how long will it last?
Also, he gave me a bottle of wheatgrass drink. Basically, he took a bottle of water and put in this powdery and fibery green stuff that was labeled "Wheatgrass" (and sure looked the part) ... and when I tasted it, I was disgusted. :spew:
Does anyone here drink green drinks/wheatgrass drinks? I know they're supposedly very beneficial, and if so, is there ANY WAY I can make them TASTE better?
