Foot issues

I've always had bad feet. Right now the souls of my feet are all scaley and whiteish with dead skin, and the centers are itchy red and inflamed. I have tried all sorts of creams and I have no idea how to stop the insane itching or what to do.

Has anyone else dealt with this?

I haven't dealt with the exact thing (itchyness and inflamed) but right now I have dry cracked heals, which in my moms case led to inflamation. I recently started attacking them with a pumice stone to avoid them getting worse.

My mom soaks her feet alot and does a lot of pumice scrubbing.
Have you tried aloe vera and vitamin e?
