Friday and Saturday I played tennis for about 2.5 hours each day. Today I'm planning on either going running/lifting or tennis for a few more hours. Happy hamstering!

Been away visiting my family. We did have 2 long country walks. One on a beach (didn't measure) The other down an old disused railroad with adventures as we went off root through a forrest to try and find the far end of a blocked tunnel. It also involved us having to climb 2 fences and across something resembabling a rubbish dump- but I digress.

I played some sort of golf thing- pitching golf. Like golf crossed with bowling. I lost the first game and won the second by going for the easier targets. didn't have much strenght to aim harder after a week at home and spening the day at work. Not really sure if it counts as exercise- but it was fun!

Didn't post yesterday; Only 100 crunches, 50 pushups due to rain.

Just got finished running 4 miles at about 6.5 miles/hour...I'm trying to run longer distances at a slower pace...Either the slower pace helped or I've really gotten in shape from playing so much tennis, because I pulled it off with no sweat. Hopefully I'll be able to run a 10K this fall!

I went about 2 miles with the running club down here! :hamster: It was so humid though, like running through a steam shower the whole way. It's weird how one day I can run 8 miles and another I can't make it 2  But it was fun! Hopefully I'll improve enough to run the 5K on Sept. 12

ETA: Also, college is a worlkout in itself! my god, I must be walking 3 plus miles a day just to and from classes (along with getting lost along the way! :p)

Today was 35 min free weights and 45 min tempo run. I don't know how far, but I was definitely going a sub 8 min mile pace, so over 5 1/2 miles I would guess. There will be 10-15 min of yoga/stretching before bed if I want to be able to move in the morning!
