So far I've run for 15 minutes (the knee started to hurt... ergh) and stretched. I'm not sure if the gym's going to happen or not... kinda bogged down with work. Blah.

I ran about three miles last night. I'll probably lift a little tonight. Tomorrow, if I'm feeling awake early in the morning, I'll go hike a peak. If I feel like sleeping in (more likely :p ), I'll do a trail run and maybe some bouldering (climbing on a boulder).

Ran two miles, 200 crunches, 20 pushups, and my bike ride, 17 miles. (The bike ride got cut short b/c of a rain/thunderstorm...)

Yesterday I walked around downtown for at least 2 hours, and then took my doggy for a walk for another hour! I also stretched and went for a 15 minute bike ride.
The only Hamstering I did today was being thrashed around in a mosh pit. (about 30 minutes..)

I went for a short run yesterday evening, and another one this morning. It was good to run again, and i was surprised, actually, that I made it as far as I did considering it's the first time I've hit the road for months.
I'm trying not to run much though until i get some new shoes - I don't want to tempt the KneePain Fairy.
And lifting some weights later.

55 minute run and 6.5 mile bike ride. I'm also going clothes shopping later so that will probably involve plenty of walking!

I haven't been running all week, but I am excited becasue my husband and I are applying to rent a condo that is close to a "hilly area" (wouldn't exactly call it a mountain) with some nice trails. Whooo Hooo! Yay for trail running!
I also read your posts mountainvegan and feel that I should make the relitivly (can't spell, sorry) short drive to run some trails in the mountains.
Anyways, it looks like most of you guys have slacked much less than I have this week. :-D
Welcome to the hamsters MsRuthieB. Its good to see you here. :)
Anna, you are kicking butt!
Have a nice weekend "up North" Slynny! I'm sorry that you leg is still bothering you.
Mskedi, I'm sorry that your knee is still hurting after all this time. :( I hope you will be able to run soon.
Gnarly you also kick butt. I wish you luck on your Karate instruction certification. What an awesome job that would be!
IamJen, the rowing machine! Ouch! When I was on the rowing team, those ERG (rowing machine) workouts were the toughest workouts ever! Way to go!
Roqeja, take care of that ankle!
Jessikt, mosh pit? Cool!
Great job everyone!

Mmmm, that sounds really nice. Although I'm not a big fan of the cold... hmm... just about any terrain would be better than Northern Indiana though.
So I snuck in maybe 40 min of random strengthening and yoga stuff after the packing for school marathon today.

Also:

45 minutes treadmill
quick a.m. jog

Eek! Lazy me!
School is starting soon, and since I was away so long I feel like I have to spend every minute with my boyfriend (won't be seeing him nearly so much during the school year), and as much as I'd like him to join my gym, our usual outings don't get much in but walking and eating. *sigh*
So... yeah. Not much to post. I went for a 90 minute walk this morning and I'm about to do my upper body weights and sit-ups.
