Biked probably about six miles. Dropped something off, then decided it was too hot to bike with my bag (Brought it b/c I was dropping off some papers at a friends) and headed back. Maybe I'll go out later. Need to get another cable tie for my computers sensor, I think.

I stumbled on this while looking for something completely un-hamster related on the web, but it was so funny I had to share it with you guys.

Just a 3-mile run today and 3 miles biking to get to the store. My legs are feeling all yucky today for some reason. And my arch is starting to hurt more when I run, but when I'm not running it feels fine, so I'm not going to worry about it too much. Tomorrow I'll do more, promise :sunny:

Another 2 1/2 hrs of jiu-jitsu for me today.
I want to start running too (I want to weigh 149lbs - I weigh 155 now). Theres a park thats 3 miles... I can only make it to the halfway point before I run out of gas, my legs get sore, and my stomach is in pain. I can't turn back - because it will be just like going all the way around. Running is hard!

So today... 50 min Pilates and a 4 mile run (I did 3 quarter mile intervals over the last 1 1/2 miles.)
Hmmm, packing... I should probably do some of that myself considering I leave for school on Sunday...

Hi Hamsters! :hamster: It's been a while since I've posted my hamster activities. :-/ If people would stop arguing against animals around here, it would free up my time to post my running and lifting and all that. (I know, I can choose not to respond, but that's easier said than done. :p )
Anyway, I've been mainly trail running and lifting alternatively most days. I've been too lazy to get up early on the weekends and hike / climb peaks. It's easier to sleep in and go running later in the morning. :)

I'm officially joining you's. :hamster:
I've been working out at the gym for about 4 months now. Every morning for an hour before work. I've been progressively increasing my endurance. Here's this morning:
1.5 miles on the treadmile alternating between running and speed walking on incline (25 minutes)
20 minute on weights - this is legs and arse day
10 minutes on abs using the excercise ball - about 100 crunches

I haven't been running all week. I was hired on Friday for a job that started Monday and it's out in the desert so I've had to mass pack stuff and run around like a chicken with my head cut off looking for a place to live...I've been driving 170 miles a day.
I am hopeing that my hamstering will return to normal as soon as I am situated and that I am not becoming lazy...

I've already done 12 miles of biking today, but I was still pretty tired from yesterday's run, so it wasn't my fastest. I might go swimming tonight if the water's not too cold.
Have a great vacation catswym!
