I don't understand your measurements- do you mean size rather than weight? I think it's more about feeling right than being good or bad. Size is about the individual and some chart doesn't take into account many different things. Like your build and general health. Also the measurements you give would be better in context with at least know your height, you age and your gender.
Also love handles are nothing much to worry about- how about popping into the hamsters thread and getting some inspiration about exercise?

Nothing about you sounds "too big" as far as health goes, the important thing is how you feel....To be a big freakin' hypocrite, try as hard as you can to accept your body, or at least don't push the changes too hard. I'm sure you're gorgeous as you are ;)

A 34 inch waist sounds thin!

130 is a very healthy weight for your height. You're in the low-middle area of your healthy range (for 5'5 the range is 120-150). I wouldn't worry about losing the weight. I'm 5'5 and would love to weigh 130! :)

Dont forget that you are still growing...As you get taller, you just might lose weight, although your weight sounds accurate for your height.Exercise is always a good thing wether you want to lose weight or not.:)

Your weight is fine for your height. I am a similar size and to be honest, the majority of people think I am too thin. My advice would be to work on toning up, gaining strength, and improving cardiovascular performance more than losing weight.

Maybe if you're having such a hard time losing that weight, you're not meant to.

Even though i have no say in this, YOU ARE TOO BLOODY YOUNG TO THINK ABOUT WANTING TO LOOSE SOME LBS, OR SLUFF OFF THE LOVE HANDLES!!! THE TEENAGE BODY NEEDS FOOD AND BELIEVE YOU ME, WHEN YOU GET OUT OF YOUR TEENAGE YEARS YOUR BODY IS GOING TO BE PRETTY DAMN DIFFERENT. WHAT YOU HAVE NOW WILL NOT ALWAYS BE, SO DONT SWEAT IT! IF YOU JUST FEEL SLOTHY, THAN GO FOR A RUN, JOIN SOME SPORTS, AND BLOODY BE A FLUBBING KID!!!!

Put down your tape measure and go walking outside without worrying about how many calories you are burning.

i think you sound like you're in the right place and everything is fine. you're still growing, and you have a menstrual cycle that's working itself in, so it seems to me you're doing well.
instead of exercising for weight loss or whatever, exercise for joy. i just love to do yoga, and i love to swim--so that's what i do. i don't use scales (except maybe once a year), and i don't worry about anything else. i just do what i love. :)
that's the real road to wellness. :)
