I just got some of this today at the WFM. I was so excited as I haven't seen any other unsweetened soy yogurt! It's quite good, too. Sour and delicious like cow yogurt. A little grainy, soy aftertaste, but not strong at all, and it goes away if you add berries are something. I'm pressing some now for yogurt cheese :D
Now there's a soy yogurt for those of us who prefer not to eat much added sugar in our diets--hooray!

I found that that is the only unsweetened yougurt that doesn't taste like 1/2 cup of sugar was added. Works great for the sauce I use for falafal.

This sounds like it would be great for cooking things that call for yogurt. Whole Soy's plain is usually too sweet for most recipes.

Yeah--perfect for tzatziki and such. The Silk and Whole Soy plains are SO sweet! You can hardly use them for anything.
The yogurt cheese was fabu, by the way--it's all gone now :)

I tried making some homemade cream cheese for the first time a little while ago, and it tasted EXACTLY like dairy yogurt (especially when I added a bit more lemon juice). It was made with silken tofu and cashew butter, but it didn't even have much of a soy flavor. I made some delicious cucumber raita with it!
