ooh, I'm going to pick one of these up for BF! He loooves lasagna but avoids red meat for health reasons. (He's omni, he just restricts some of the meats he eats.)

i haven't but my roommie has (i'm not into meat analog stuff but he is BIG time). he said it was delicious.

I just made my favorite veggie lasagna last night. I don't even follow a recipe. I use firm tofu, crumbled, boca ground "meat", veggies, sauce, and lasagna noodles. Yummy. :)

I'm tempted, but the Quorn lasagna is so good that I don't know how it could surpass it.

I tried it a few weeks back. Not too bad, but I wasn't too crazy about the nuked texture to the pasta. Maybe I cooked it a little too long....I'd rather have real, cooked veg lasagna any day, but this is a decent alternative for a quicky meal on the go, I suppose.
