w00t! Okay, there's no green vegies in there, but still, 14 serves. :vebo:

Arti-- is it just me or do you always have two of the cobbler? ;)

OK for me today:
- a banana
- one cup of 5 berry juice
- 1.5 tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno pepper, 1/2 an onion
- big-assed salad; spinach, romaine, red leaf (2 servings)
- 1.5 cups strawberries

= 8 servings

blueberries and strawberries - 2 servings
salad - 1 serving
tomatoes on my pasta - 1 serving
strawberry/banana smoothie juice - 1.5 servings

Hehe! :lol: No, I have one serving of cobbler, which contains two servings of fruit within that one serving.

So, that would be 9, according to the serving sizes.

Salad: Mixed Greens, 1/5 of a Cucumber, Sprouts = 2 Servings

Fruit Smoothie (Fruit Ingredients: Blueberries, Banana) = 2 Servings

Salad: Mixed Greens, 1/3 Avacado, Cucumber, Lettuce = 2.5 Servings

Apple Juice (about 1 cup) = 1 Serving

= 7.5 Servings

I think that's it, there might've been more though!

Yesterday was another good day. It is amazing how a trip to the store can improve one's diet.

banana - 1 servings
strawberries - 1.5 servings
tomatoes on my pasta - 1.5 servings
green salad - 1.5 (it was a pretty big salad so it may have been closer to two)

today: 1/2 cup raisins, 1 banana, 2.5 cups salad (carrots, lettuce, cabbage, sprouts, sunflower seeds).. 1 cup OJ.. and i'm not done yet..

I definitely have to do this, usually I think I only have 2 or less servings of both fruit and vegetables. Not very healthy at all. Today, so far, was a comparitively good day.

about 2 cups of salad greens in a big pita pocket

a spinach fatayer

about one cup of watermelon

about one cup of honeydew

one red grapefruit

I do believe I scored a 5. This is the best I've done in ages :vebo:

Oh yeah! Thanks for reminding me brownie! I also forgot about the baba ganoush! For some reason I was thinking it didn't count.

Correct me if I counted these up wrong.

2 slices cucumber
1/4 cup Romaine lettace
1 slice tomatoe
1 nectarine
...oh wow...I didn't eat what I thought I ate.
= 2 servings? :( :worried:

2 celery stalks
1 veggie delight (with cukes, lettuce, olives, green pepper, onions, and I WOULD have had tomatoes but my sis told the lady at subway no :brood:)
2 (chipotle burrito with corn and tomato salsa, grilled onions and green peppers, plus romaine)
1 banana
1 plum
______
8 or 9. Pretty good for a day of eating out!

ETA: btw, forgot about the baba ghonoush!! 1.5-2 servings, something like that. yay for condiments!
