Not as good today
About 1.5 servings of mixed greens/reds salad
1.5 servings of strawberries
1 cup of peach-grape juice
1/2 an onion, plus some chives, and veggie broth
Lentils don't count eh? I had a LOT of red lentils in my soup.
So that's about 5.

Wow! This thread is great!
Today I had about 2 servings of cherries and a smoothie with apple juice, banana, lime juice, spirulina, and wheat grass juice.
I definitely plan to up my intake, but I need a paycheck and a shopping spree first.

Yeah, I guess thats true. I didn't put any effort or thinking into it at all and still got four so I guess it could be worse. :)

I've been doing a little better recently
Okra, nectarine, strawberries, banana.
I don't get how you guys eat that many servings, I've barely eaten anything other than that all day and I feel super full.

Yesterday:
strawberries, 1 T fruit spread, 3 T Craisins: ~2 fruit
veggie chili: 1 1/2 veg
broccoflower: 1 1/2 veg
carrots: 1 veg
banana: 1 fruit
big salad (romaine & leaf lettuce, cukes, cherry tomatoes, carrot): 2 veg
frut salad: 1 fruit
5 fruit, 6 veg, yay!

1/2 banana and 1/2 granny smith = 1
1.5 tbsp raisins and 2 tbsp pure fruit spread = 1
1/2 tin fruit cocktail in fruit juice = 1
stir-fried mushrooms, carrots, peppers, beansprouts, water chestnuts, onion and garlic (plus veggies in home-made baked spring-rolls) = 3
6 servings. Not too bad. Maybe more later!
