After having experience for a few months ordering online, I definitely feel that Vegan Unlimited has the best service out of any of the other vegan online stores I've encountered.

I still love Vegan Essentials, and I have lost my faith in Pangea after a handful of crappy experiences.

I've never ordered from VeganUnlimited, but I've had numerous positive experiences with VeganEssentials, so I think I love them the best. ^_^

I order exclusively through Vegan Essentials. I've ordered a couple times through Pangea but only when VE didn't have what I wanted. VE has advertised on VB for quite some time and I know Ryan is very responsive to customer concerns.

Another vote for Vegan Essentials. I've ordered from them, Pangea, Different Daisy and Vegan Unlimited and have found them to have the best service.

I usually order from Vegan Essentials, I have yet to try Vegan Unlimited- I'll go check 'em out!

I've only ever ordered from Vegan Essentials. They are great and give me no reason to try anyone else.

I order from pangea quite a bit and have always been happy with my experiance with them, however I feel that vegan essentials has a better variety and i have been ordering more from them lately.

I think Pangea has stopped (or maybe never did start?) order confirmation emails and shipping confirmation emails.

Vegan Unlimited sends an order confirmation email immediately, and then usually ships that same day, sometimes the next day.

I have had good experiences with Vegan Essentials, too.

Pangea is the only one that has vegan white chocolate chips, which I need to make the white diamond cookies for Cedar Point. Hopefully, my order won't take longer than a month to get here.

I dunno, it may take a month if you order it from Pangea! The last order I placed with them was for a belt that Ken needed to wear for a wedding, and it took almost a month to get it because some other little item that we had ordered along with it (some candy or something) was backordered. They didn't feel it necessary to email, call, or contact us in any way to just to say "hey, we are waiting to ship your order because of this". When I called to ask the status of the order, they were quite curt about the whole thing, too. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Yeah, I wouldn't have ordered from them if I had known of some other place with vegan white chocolate chips.

Believe it or not, I have had the same experience, ML!!! After about three weeks, I just canceled my order. Pangea is definitely not efficient.

I have been ordering from Pangea for years and have never had a problem besides the whole marshmellow thing. Even with that they emailed me several times and had open letters posted on their site explaining the problem. I always get a confirmation email. Even before I was online and ordered from their catalog they would call if they had a question or was backordered. I always received my order in a week or less if online or two weeks if by snail mail, barring the marshmellow thing again. I have ordered from these other places, I might check them out.

Back when Condimi comdoms were available, I ordered some of the ultra-thin kind from pangrea. They were out so they sent us the extra-thick kind, without sending me an e-mail asking about a substitution or anything. We couldn't even use them they were so horrible

I'm not a big fan of Pangea. I ordered some things from them, and they were waiting on backorder for Parmazano. It took at least 5-6 weeks till I got my order. If they're not going to say when they have something on backorder on the site, then ship the rest of the items and ship the other item later!

My favorite online Vegan store is www.AlternativeOutfitters.com (It's actually my store so I'm kind of biased). So if you haven't had a chance to check us out, go ahead! We have great customer service and great products.

cool site outfitters :D

I am a bad bad boy i haven't ordered from any of the vegan stores online... I have been in a rut lately and moving all around the friggin country (going back home to florida in a bit over a week WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :vebo: )

But I do know that I'll check out veganessectial for sure since all the reviews seem pretty good!

Although i sell buttons and buttons ARE vegan... So buy them... Buy them like you mean it! :notvegan: haha

I do like www.fiendorfaux.com he sells some cool vegan punk rock stuff. ANd rex (who owns the site) is an AWESOME fella! So I guess then, I HAVE bought from a vegan site... But I haven't actually bought anything faux from his site, just some hair color and pins... And some spikes.

Vegan Essentials rules! And they are very good about exchanges/returns. Pangea, on the other hand, both sucks and blows.

Herbivore is awesome too. They have the best T-shirts and fine service.

I've had the best customer service from Vegan Essentials, although Vegan Unlimited and Different Daisy have been good, too. Since Vegan Essentials is within driving distance from me, I tend to get more stuff from them, though. Gotta support local businesses! :)

Pangea is the only one I've had a bad experience with. It was only one time, though, and I've ordered from them quite a bit over the years. It does seem like their customer service is going downhill. Hopefully they clean their act up.

I like vegan essentials, they are always very fast and the product range is good(I just wish they had vegan white chocolate!).

I had one time with Pangea when they were really slow, but then they didn't charge for the international shipping so I didn't mind!

I am hoping for a Canadian online company so I can afford to buy things. :) The shipping costs are prohibitive for my budget. :(

I tried VeganUnlimited for the first time today, and I got a shipping confirmation a few hours later. So far, not bad.

I've ordered several times from Vegan Essentials, they rule. I'm trying out Different Daisy right now, 12 days and nothing yet.
