How long will the products last after I open a package?
Our products will last about five to seven days after opening. We don't use preservatives so they need to be tightly wrapped after opening and kept refrigerated!

As for the date, it might be the creation date, but just in case you can call 1-800-SOY-EASY to find out if they're still good....

A month after expiration for a prepackaged, vacuum sealed tofu dog? I wouldn't worry about it.
