I love Wilco! I just discovered them a little while ago when I was on a big Billy Bragg craze. I found the Mermaid Avenue CD's and I was like :smitten: hah. Then I got some of thier stuff without Billy and it's still great. They're really easy and nice to listen to, I love that. :)

I am jealous of natalie.... Although since I am moving to a more populated area, I should get to see more performances overall... not too many bands venture to North Dakota.

Wilco is one of my favorite bands. I got the new album yesterday, and as I expected, it is stupidly good. They've stayed in the same vein as Yankee Hotel Foxtrot even though, sadly, Jay Bennett is gone. The new guy (I forget his name) is good, though. He's got a good voice; he sings on two or three songs.

If you dig Wilco, and don't have it already, check out the old Uncle Tupelo stuff Anodyne is especially Jeff Tweedy-ish.
