EdenBlend Rice and Soy Beverage

My vegan chef friend recommended this for cooking in some of her recipes, but I have used it to put in breakfast cereal.

"EdenBlend combines organic soybeans with amazake, a very sweet, traditional porridge made of koji fermented organic brown rice."

If you have a sweet tooth--as I do--I think you'll like this.

So Edenblend is sweet? Has anyone else tried this? What is it like? What kind of texture does it have?

When I first tried out non dairy drinks this was the only one I liked. I actually haven't had it in a while becuase it is so expensive but I remember that I really liked it. I remember that it was sweeter and pretty creamy. Damn. I am going to have to buy some next time I go shopping.

I don't think that I would like it then as I prefer rice milk because its not creamy and not sweet (I also tend to stick to light or low fat soy milk for the same reason).
