When I walk in the city I sometimes get passed by some one who is so perfumed I can taste it?

I absolutely can't stand people who smell of tobacco smoke, even if it is only second-hand smoke permeating their clothing, that I smell. I feel that anyone who is self-destructive enough to stay in a room where tobacco is being smoked, deserves to be ostracized by normal people. In fact, I think they should be arrested, imprisoned, forced to wash, given new clothes, forced to pay for the clothes plus the cost of imprisoning them, plus the cost of providing their jailers with a profit, and they should be held in prison for a week or 2, until most of the smell leaves their hair and skin.

I'd rather be around someone with a colostomy and a broken, leaking colostomy bag, than someone who just got out of a conference room with a smoker in it.
