I wouldn't be surprised if everything that isn't domesticated/confined is extinct within 50 years.

If (when?) that happens, there'll very little beauty and purpose to life any more. Everything, including us, will be simply another cog in the corporate machine. If you aren't a product/server/worker or a consumer, you have no value anymore. :(
