Does anyone else get kind of an odd odor in the genital area, and if so, what can be done about it.

As far as I know, if you're having any sort of odor, you should see a doctor to make sure you haven't got an infection. its always a good idea to wear cotton underwear and not tight fitting jeans etc...

I've noticed wierd smells when I have had infections..

Some odor is natural, as there are a lot of sweat glands and such in that area. However, as the others said, if things are smelling "odd" you should get checked out by a doctor.

I agree with the other's advice. You may want to try changing your laundry soap, switch to cotton underwear and not wear tight jeans. Do not use any douches; they can change the Ph and make things worse.

is it all the time or just say a couple days per month? cause you know how they say discharge changes in texture etc during ovulation.. it also can change in smell i think. if it's all the time though get to a doctor asap. actually it wouldn't hurt (much ;) ) to go anyways just to be safe. not something you want to take risks with, some infections can lead to big problems if not treated right away.
