Anyone Know If Hain Instant Pudding Mix Is Vegan? It Lists Natural Flavors In The Ingredients.

I'm not sure...but I found some of the already made kind in the little cups at my local health food store that were made with soy milk and I got really excited!! There brand is zensoy and they taste great, IMO!! Don't know if anyone else has tried them, but I would definately recommend them if you can find them, although if I remember correctly they are a little bit pricy!!

You should write the company and ask them I don't know off hand. I know the Mori-nu mates are vegan now, and I really like them.
The secret to using regular instant pudding mixes to make vegan instant pudding is to use 2/3 the amount of milk called for, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. It will set up this way, but still be a little soft. The other thing you can try is use half soft tofu, half soymilk and put it in the blender.

I like Zendon pudding cups. Another box kind that is vegan if made with soymilk is Kosto pudding. They have chocolate, vanilla and buttersotch I believe at least the first two are vegan.
