vegan alcohol?

I recently became vegan, and was wondering what kinds of alcohol are vegan. Any feedback would be great!

I thnk most kinds are. Alcohol is distilled from grains or fruits mostly. There is something somewhere on here about people not drinking certain types because they are filtered through animal products or have animal product additions.
