MorningStar Products..Suggestions

Hi all.....I have 2 coupons off MorningStar and would love any suggestions on which products to try. I have tried their supreme pizza. It wasn't great, but was good overall. I am vegetarian,not vegan. So any is okay. Which do you like & recommend? Thanks for replies in advance! :yes:

I also like the Buffalo-flavored "Chicken" Nuggets (http://kelloggs.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=317&company=23) with some good bleu cheese dressing to dip them in.

I love their flame grilly style veggie burger and their chik'n patties. The chik'n patties on a good roll w/lettuce, tomato & some ranch dressing.... :lick:

I wasnt too impressed with the pizza or pot pies. The buffalo wings are worth checking out, I dont believe anyone has anything similar yet other than Boca's spicy chicken patty. the rest of the stuff is pretty good.

Grillers are a long time favorite of mine too.

Ooohhh....I absolutely FAWN over their spicy black bean patties. I was so bummed, the grocery store was out last time I was there. I buy 2 boxes at a time because I eat so many of them, LOL.

They're spicy, but not burn-your-tongue spicy. Just absolutely tasty.

Crap, now I'm craving one and I'm out!! *weep*

Those phony buffalo wings of theirs are really good too. Now THOSE are spicy! But deeee-lish!

Mini corn dogs and the buffalo wings are probably my favorites. Last night I tried their chik'n marinara - a chik'n patty with marinara sauce. It was a bit overpriced, $3.99 (would have been cheaper if I had a "card") for 2.

I cooked it in the microwave so the edges were really hard but I think it might be really good in the oven.

before i went vegan, i used to love, love, love their veggie breakfast sausage patties (http://kelloggs.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=355&company=23) and their chik patties (http://kelloggs.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=321&company=23), but then i found out that they are made with gmo ingredients (they are a kellogg's brand).

You know they used to have a brand called "Natural Touch" which was their organic/non-gmo line but they didnt sell well and now theyre gone.

All those products now are just labeled as Morningstar Farms, so you have to read to see which ones are. Okara and vegan burgers and some others I forget.

another vote for the chik patties...used to love them before i went vegan, that would have to be what i miss most out of anything else...actually that's the ONLY thing i can think of

why can't somebody make one that tastes that good but is vegan??? :(

When I was a lacto-ovo, I really liked the spicey black bean patties.

Their chic patties I could live on!!!!! Incredible, and I've found all other brands don't even come close to theirs. I also like the Grillers. Again, they're my favorite veggie burgers. I usually won't go out of my way to buy any others.
Buffalo wings are great too! Same with the chick nuggets. Oh and their veggie dogs , I'll stand by religiously.

The Chili & Cornbread is the best! Highly recommend.

I'm not a big fan of the mini corn dogs. I like the regular ones better. I like their fake bacon too, so long as I don't burn it.

I just tried the cornbread and chili pot pie this afternoon for lunch, it was delicious!

Other favorites:
Mini-corn dogs (big ones are ok but I prefer the mini ones)
Chik patties--I didn't like these at first but I think they changed the flavor since the first time I had them...now I love them, especially with honey mustard. Weirdly enough I really like the fact that they get hard at the edges when you microwave them.
black bean burgers
sausage patties
buffalo wings--I have them with ranch dressing. spicy but good.

Never much cared for:
bacon--just weird
hot dogs--I was never a big hot dog fan as an omni and the texture of these was unappealing

I used to use the burger crumbles all the time but I recently discovered fantastic foods taco filling and sloppy joe mix, which I like a lot better texture wise so I'm wondering if I'd like dried TVP better.

Their corn dogs are fabulous, the riblets are great, I love the black bean burgers and the burger crumbles, too.

The chick'n nuggets are good, the spicy black bean burgers are good, and I like the sausage links. I haven't tried the mini corndogs yet...or the bacon, but it's next on my list. Oh yeah the crumbles are GREAT. I just made tacos with them last night. Very tastey...even fooled the meat eaters.

I love the Tomato Basil Pizza Burgers! Yummy! The sausage patties and crumbles are good as well. The Chik patties are way too salty for my taste. I prefer the Boca chicken patties instead.
