My son was just diagnosed with an immunoglobin deficiency. Not only has he been off and on antibiodics for the past two months, we're about to start a long-term round. The ped allergist gave me a short candida diet, but it doesn't seem to comprehensive. For example, soy sauce isn't on the list, but isn't is something to avoid also? Does anyone have any info or suggestions?
TIA

sorry dear - my ability to help falls short on these types of things :(
I know there are some great books out there, but that's the best I can offer.
