I drink soy milk with B12 in it, and it says 1 cup is 50% of RDI. So, if I drink 2 or more cups a day, does that mean I get my complete RDI of B12?

Yes. :) You can get B-12 from fortified cereals, fortified nutritional yeast, and supplements, too.

B12 in American fortified foods is like cockroaches in Roseville -- it's everywhere.

Keep in mind the RDA is based on a 2000 calorie diet. If you need to eat more calories then that, then you'll need more B12 than that. Etc.

Oh, good one kpickell. I always forget that and since I go for about 1600-1800 calories/day I have probably miscalculated nutritional intake quite a few times.
