View Full Version : Need Advice on Fasting

Wow, it's been a while since I've posted anything on here. (I missed it.) This posting has something to do with fasting; any advice or knowledge will be very helpful and apritiated.
So basically I want to fast for as long as my body is willing too for spirituality and cleansing purposes. The longest I ever have fasted for was one day at a time. So perhaps I will work up to fasting for a month+. I have a book on fasting among other things entitled How to Survive into the 21st Century but it seems to be pretty complex stuff.
When I fast I think it is vital for an extreame amount of water. And depending on how long the fast is I know one is suposed to intake certain vitamins which one can buy in powder form.

Basiacally I enjoy fresh juice fasts with chlorophyll. I have done around 30+ fast
of over 10+days. The juice fast is a nice easy way ito eliminate toxins that we dispell. My favorite juice fast is carrot juice mixed in vita mix with some sort of greens (spinach,kale,collard,ect) with some raw honey. Once or 2 times a day. Tea and raw honey on the side if needed. Not excess because this will slow down the elimination process. But this will keep you nice and healthy withought going through major withdrawls. :o

Do a search for fasts... there's a decent sized thread from when I did my 5 day juice fast.
