I picked up a Subway "Garden Fresh" Salad on the way to work tonight and I'm really impressed with it. It was $3.69 plus tax but it's big, it's definitely a full meal. And the whole thing is only 2 grams of fat and 140 calories.

I have been getting the veggie delite in the Atkins wrap and putting Veganaise, tofurky slices and smartlife bacon in at home and it is so good! I might have to try the salad next time. It looks pretty good.

I know my mom liked the chicken salad with all the spinach. I'm sure it'd be good without the chicken and bacon too. (She got grossed out when she forgot to ask for no bacon :p)

yum, you guys make me want to go to subway, I love that you get to watch them make your food so I can get as many olives as I want :) and the vegetarian things are so inexpensive.

That Garden Fresh Salad is good at Subway. I eat it at least once a week. The price's are definatly reasonable. My Subway does not sell veggie patties,I guess they are only in select Markets because I did see them in Washington State last year.

It's about time that a chain restaurant got a good salad on their menu! I'll have to try one sometime soon. :lick:

They're not vegan.
