My daughter, a life-long vegan, would like some good published resources for a paper she is writing on raising a vegetarian child. She has several books, but would like some resouces from non-vegetarian sources. Can anyone help?

Thanks.

Peace.

Part of the problem is that most books are going to be written by vegans, since they probably wouldn't be advocating the diet so strongly if they weren't also vegan. That said, there are a couple of papers I received free that were published by the ADA, which might be considered non-vegetarian, though the papers were written by vegans.

You might also try contacting PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine). They have some info. on their website, www.pcrm.org , but I suspect that if you write to them, they'd be able to help even more.
